Clean and recently built hotel, friendly staff, convenient location for ferry to Bagan and Mingun, interesting neighborhood to explore.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the ferry, so I didn't have to worry about a taxi at 6am. The staff was very friendly and even prepared breakfast packs for me. The cleanliness of the hotel and room was impressive, and it looked like it had been recently built. the facilities were top-notch and exceeded my expectations.

This hotel is well-located for those catching the ferry or looking to explore an interesting neighborhood. the rooms are comfortable and clean with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is enjoyable and convenient, with breakfast packs available for early morning departures. the proximity to the Ayeyardway river and bus station to Monywa offer further exploration opportunities.

Some reviews suggest that the hotel may not be the best location for those wanting to see the famous sites closer to the Royal Palace or Mandalay Hill.

The hotel's strategic location was really convenient for our trip. It was only a few minutes' walk to the pier where we needed to catch a ferry to our destination. We were also impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms.

The lack of variety in the TV channels was a bit disappointing. we did encounter some water on the bathroom floor after a shower, but it wasn't too much of a problem.

Room was clean and equipped with great wifi. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the pier and easily walkable. Further, staff was helpful in arranging transportation to attractions in the area, and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The breakfast room was not as clean as we would have liked. there was a miscommunication regarding the cost of the laundry service, leading to frustration and a higher cost than initially agreed upon.
